A very unusual black/blue flocked velvet (also known as silk cut velvet)  with randomly placed circles of marine blue embellishments from Emanuel Ungaro.

The fabric base is a silk/cotton chiffon, with a lovely drape and a specific nap, a simply beautiful fabric which would make the most beautiful jacket, evening dress/coat or skirt.
